This alternator is used for the Mazda I-Eloop system. This system uses the vehicle braking to generate up to 25V.
This charge is then stored in super capacitors in the vehicle and when needed the capacitors will release the stored energy.

The C terminal is an input and the K terminal is an output. These terminals are used to communicate with the ECU to decide when to trigger the regeneration system.
Only the IG needs to be connected to a B+ and the alternator should charge normally.
